Refond rules for online purchases in Denmark
You can regret your order within 14 days from receiving the painting. After we have received your regret you must return the painting to us within 14 days at you rown cost. You must send your written regret to us by e-mail or mail. If we receive the painting intact we will refond the total price. In case the painting is damaged we will only refond the price partly or not at all depending on the annount of damage.
Reklamationsret
You have 24 month of reclamation rights from the date of purchase. You must send your reclamation by e-mail or mail to us. You must send you reclamation as soon as possible after your noticed any products fault.
